MELBOURNE MARKET MOVES INTO RECOVERY PHASEThe data doesn’t lie. After 7 month-on-month median property price increases in greater Melbourne, it’s clear that we’ve well and truly passed the bottom of the market downturn and we’re now in the early recovery stage of the property cycle. Closer to home, according to Domain Chief of Research and Economics, Dr Nicola Powell, selling conditions in the City of Brimbank are “more favourable” with clearance rates improving and a marked increase in listings over the past quarter demonstrating greater confidence in property owners.
