Dear Quest Family, I use family because of our culture and overall commitment to serve our most vulnerable sisters and brothers experiencing both personal and systemic ill’s that damage pathways in their individual and collective walk of life. Over the past year, you, Team Quest has worked to bring QuestCDC through some of, if not the roughest period in her history to date. Now on the hills of the COVID Pandemic, QuestCDC - like many other agencies, experienced challenging repercussions that, if not for each of you tightening your own bootstraps to strengthen our weakest links and ensure we weathered the storm, we may have been at risk of shuttering our doors to never reopen - like many before us. Only through your passion and alignment of our shared vision have we been able to rebound and close the year strong. Leadership has acted to reimagine, rethink, and refine this organization for a sustainable tomorrow. As the Founder and visionary of this dream, I want you to know that there is not a day that goes by that I am not overwhelmed with gratitude as I lead and participate with a team of talented individuals for the better good for all. Thank you for all you have done and will continue to do on behalf of Team Quest. Leonard L. Adams Jr. QuestCDC Founder and CEO letter from the PRESIDENT

On behalf of the Board of Directors of QuestCDC, we extend our warmest greetings and express our genuine excitement for the promising future that lies ahead for our esteemed organization. As we reflect on the significant strides made by QuestCDC in the past, we are particularly thrilled about the ongoing and upcoming initiatives that will further enhance our positive impact on the Westside of Atlanta and beyond. One of the key highlights that fuels our enthusiasm is the $110 million investment earmarked for the Heritage Village @ West Lake Development, Quest Residences @ Grove Park, and The Simpson West @ Historic Vine City. These ambitious projects symbolize our unwavering commitment to revitalizing and uplifting communities, fostering sustainable development, and creating lasting positive change. As a Board, we are inspired by the collective efforts and partnerships that have brought these projects to fruition. We recognize the collaborative spirit that permeates QuestCDC's work and extend our gratitude to all stakeholders, partners, and community members who contribute to our shared vision of a vibrant and thriving Westside of Atlanta. In closing, we look forward with great anticipation to the positive transformations that the Heritage Village @ West Lake Development, Quest Residences @ Grove Park, and The Simpson West @ Historic Vine City will bring to the Westside of Atlanta and the broader community. We are honored to be part of this journey and remain steadfast in our commitment to creating a legacy of empowerment and prosperity. Thank you for your ongoing support, and we eagerly anticipate the prosperous future that lies ahead for QuestCDC and the communities we serve. Marcus A.
