A building record of more than $645,000 in lessthan 12 months. This shows once again that buyers will paya premium for uninterrupted ocean and beach views –even in older buildings. ‘Position, position, position’ retains its position as thenumber one criteria that premium buyers have uppermostin their minds when shopping. During the Jan. – Mar. quarter last year apartment sales inBroadbeach equalled 173 with approximately double theamount of apartments on the market. This same quarter just finished with 141 sales – only 32 lessthan the same period last year to date which clearly showsthe critically low stock levels. So like the Dec. – Jan. quarter even though stock levelswere well down the buyer demand compensated and atrecord levels once again !BUILDING PERFORMANCE HIGHLIGHTSLike the last quarter the two standout performers onaverage $m2 sale increases quarter on quarter have onceagain been the two towers of The Oracle and BeachHaven.
