Business Analytics Q3 Impactful Dashboards Showcase Batch Release Scorecard This dashboard brings visibility to complete open and overdue items for each batch The data is extracted from the Batch Release Leankit board which tracks assignments and actions for different batch release activities The dashboard provides a quick at a glance overview of the status of each activity and what may be holding a batch from being released Deviation Tracking This dashboard assists the QA team in populating the new Deviation Leankit board and is designed to automate the card loading process resulting in hours of saved time The Leankit board drives action around deviations and tracks metrics related to the deviation process The data from the Leankit Board will then be extracted and analyzed in Looker providing more visibility to performance
