We Have a
New Puppy
We have a new puppy.
We got her from a friend.
She is very black and
her name is Blackie.
Blackie will not sleep
in her new basket.
She likes to sleep on my bed
but my mom will not let her.
She got the toilet paper from
the bathroom. Mom said, ‘She knows
how to make a mess!’
Blackie made a puddle on
the floor. My mom said,
‘She is a very naughty puppy!’
I said, ‘Blackie is not naughty.
She is just a little baby.
I like my new puppy Blackie
and she likes me too.
