P2P - (peer to peer) A distributed application architecture that partitons tasks or work loads between peers .                                                                                  

 phishing - To defraud an online account holder of financial information by posing a legitimate company. 

Podcast- A digital audio file ,ade available on the internet for downloading to a computer or portable player .                                                                               Aggregator- A website or program that collects related itmes of content and displays them to links. 


Digital Life 101 


      When you are creating an email,website, or an acoount, a strong password is your first defense against intruders and imposters. A tip you should follow when creating an account is to never give your password to anyone. If you give your passsword to someone they could pass your password along or abuse it. When creating a password you should also never use only one password.The reason is if found a person could log in to your account at other sites.

While online, one tip for proper etiquete is to use proper language. Typos, spelling errors, and mixed up sentences reflect on you. Correct and grammatical construction are a must, so keep in mind to read through your posts before you submit them. While online you should also try to avoid emoticons and "texting" writing. Using emoticons and writing in "texting" language, that is by using abbreviation, might be considered too casual or even childish.

   To protect yourself online you should, first, get rid of junk mail since its only a waste of space and, if anythings attached to them, could steal your personal information. Another way to protect yourself online is to make it difficult for hackers to crack your password .

       Digital Piracy is a crime. Lots of youth and adults think sharing software, games, ebooks, and pictures is just a convenient tool to help reduce costs. Digital Piracy is often portrayed as a victimless crime, but thats not true true. Piracy negetively affects everyone working in indstries and their supply chains. Most people who lost work because of pirac and stolen profits will struggle for the means to support their families.

When online dont always trust who a message sa its from..Hackers can break into accounts and send messsage that look like they're from your friends but aren't.
