The Drought Relief Service (DRS) is a service where they help people in need, that are losing stuff in the Dust Bowl. The Dust Bowl caused Drought that caused starvation and that means people loose cattle, and cattle feed people if they do not have cattle people can't eat. 


They helped people in need from the droughts and the dust bowl.

They will help people hurt by Droughts.
