High Blood Pressure

If your systolic number is at least 140, or your diastolic number is at least 90, you have high blood pressure.

High Blood Pressure- High blood pressure in the arteries where blood is carried to the heart. This causes lots of tension.

There are usually no symptoms if you have high blood pressure. Which makes it even more important to make sure you get regular checkups.

Eating too much sodium, or being overweight can cause high blood pressure. Also, overconsuming alcohol, being stressed out, or having bad genes can raise your blood pressure.

Old Age, genetics, and having a sedentary lifestyle can put you at risk of having high blood pressure.

Complications include heart disease, heart failure, and weakened blood vessels.
