-Provide substances needed for growth and healthy skin.

-Enhance the taste and texture of food.

-Has "fat-soluble" vitamins throughout body provide energy.

butter, vegetables, oils, salad dressings, nuts, seeds, dairy products made with whole milk or cream, and meats.


Unsaturated Fats:
