Their outreach extendsto girls referred by social services, offering them a secure andnurturing environment where they receive essential amenitieslike food, clothing, and pastoral care. Ensuring access toeducation, they enroll these girls in local state schools, supplementing their learning with extra tuition in core subjects. SAPPHIRE 2023In the past year, the proceeds generated by our efforts werechanneled towards supporting the Ocean Stars Trust charity, which actively engages in uplifting pre-school and communityinitiatives in Sri Lanka. These funds were instrumental ininitiating new endeavors, such as supplying fresh uniforms tochildren, facilitating educational opportunities throughsponsorship programs, and the payment of wages ofpreschool teachers.
