FDM - Fused Deposition modellingA 3D printing technology that works by extruding a thermoplastic polymer through a heated nozzle and applying it to the building surface.Maximum print size: 1x1x1 m (larger pieces are joined together by gluing or mechanical pins)We use BASF Forward AM filaments:• Standard filaments (ABS, PLA, PET, RPET, PP)• Flexible filaments (TPU 85A, TPU 95A, TPU 64D, TPS 90A)• Engineering filaments (ABS Fusion+, ASA, PLA PRO1, PC(ABS FR), PA)• Metal filaments (17-4 PH, 316L)• Composite and special filaments (PET CF15, PAHT CF15, PP GF30, PA6 GF30, PPSU)Post-processing: mechanical processing, sandblasting, grinding, paintingADDITIO d.o.o., Dobja vas 253, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem, Slovenia | VAT Nr. The resins harden when exposed to strong UV light against a template generated by the printer using a high-resolution screen. The products therefore have a nicer surface, while at the same time achieving an accuracy of up to 0.1 mm.Maksimum print size: 292 x 163 x 410 mmWe use BASF Forward AM and Nexa3D resins:ADDITIO d.o.o., Dobja vas 253, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem, Slovenia | VAT Nr. With the addition of a dye, the products can be printed in any color according to the RAL scale.• Ultracur3D® RG1100 – resin with superior rigidity and temperature resistance up to 116°C• Ultracur3D® RG3280 – resin filled with ceramic particles, suitable for making inlays for injection molding of plastic and similar applications. It has an extremely high stiness of around 10 GPa and temperature stability up to 280°C.LEGEND: - not resistant • weak resistance •• good resistance ••• excellent resistance

Each layer of metal powder is then meltedin the required position for the object with selective laser melting of metal powder using a high-power laser beam and a galvo scanner that directs the laser beam. The energy of the laser beam completely melts the metal powder, creating solid and homogeneous metal objects that oer high structural strength.3D metal printingADDITIO d.o.o., Dobja vas 253, 2390 Ravne na Koroškem, Slovenia | VAT Nr.
