2023 IMPACT REPORT PRESIDIO BAY FOUNDATIONPAGE 3 OF 39 t took only one conversation in 2020. While the Presidio Bay leadership team has always participated in various philanthropic causes, in 2020, it became clear that there was a need to do more. After brainstorming with active community members on how to actualize impact, we were inspired to create a blueprint for a better path. One that forges pathways for young adults to become future leaders in shaping equitable neighborhoods and cities. One that is committed to community engagement efforts. From that one conversation, the Presidio Bay Foundation was developed. We would like to continue with the simple “why” behind our program, captured perfectly by a personal anecdote from our Program Director, Alexis, who was hired this year to fully dedicate her time to the youth we serve. “When I started working in the real estate industry in my late teens, it became very apparent how much I was constantly “othered.” I cautiously moved through a space that was not intentionally built for me and didn’t see many people who looked like me - and became frustrated with not believing the culture of an industry can be transformed. I know there are more young people out there who feel the same way.” In an industry starved for new and diverse opinions and ideas, we intend to make - and track - the direct impacts of our program. According to Bisnow’s November 2023 publication on diversity in CRE, “People of color make up 12.8% of the C-suites at 89 of commercial real estate’s largest brokerages, developers, finance firms and real estate investment trusts (and)...Women in the C-suite have seen their representation increase to 26.2%.” Although there have been increases in representation, as noted from the statistics in the previous paragraph, there are major areas of opportunity for real estate companies to enact change - most specically in the early career and education realm for young adults from underserved populations - whether that be race, ethnicity, socioeconomic status, gender, and gender identity.Through collective and consistent action, we can make a meaningful impact together, ensuring that youth from all backgrounds have opportunity, empowerment, sponsorship, and a voice in the real estate industry. Power is within all of us to make a transformative difference, and the Presidio Bay Foundation is committed to: • Carving entry-level career pathways for program participants and converting them into job opportunities. Representation and knowledge can be a mighty force. • Building up the mentorship and sponsorship network every summer to serve as a supportive ecosystem for Presidio Scholars. Community is the heartbeat of the foundation.• Growing the program year after year in meaningful ways. Real estate is one of the biggest equalizers.Without the partnership and trust of our stakeholders, do-nors, and community, the program would not have evolved to the place where it is today. Your investment in our pro-gram is reected throughout this report. Thank you for helping us create opportunities to change the trajectory and pathways of teenagers and young adults everywhere. 2023 PRESIDIO BAY FOUNDATIONPAGE 5OF 392021 In 2021, Presidio Bay launched the Real Estate Development Scholarship Program pilot with Operation Genesis, where students learned about real estate and were exposed to industry professionals. We hosted twelve students and distributed $15,000 in scholarships. Impact fact: Aurion Wiley-Greene, an outstanding student from our inaugural program, redirected her career following her experience with us. She is now employed full-time by the San Francisco Planning Department as a City Planner. EVOLUTION OF THE FOUNDATION2020 The Presidio Bay leadership team sat down with SoMa Rotary club members Nine La Dow and Roark O’Neill and Operation Genesis, a non-prot located in Bayview Hunters Point that instills self-condence in disenfranchised youth, and discussed how they could collectively come together to address systemic racism and implicit bias in the industry. As a group, we spent a year planning the launch of a specialized program to provide in-depth exposure to all aspects of real estate development to entrepreneurial youth. Before we dive further into this report, we wanted to step back in time and share the intentional journey that Presidio Bay has embarked on to create and scale a unique set of programs for our youth. 2012 Headquartered in San Francisco, Presidio Bay enters the industry to design, construct and operate commercial real estate for private and public sector tenants across the U.S.

2023 PRESIDIO BAY FOUNDATIONPAGE 6OF 392022 Following the pilot program’s success, we continued our partnership with SoMa Rotary and Operation Genesis for a second year. Nine students were hosted, and $46,000 in scholarships were distributed.During 2022’s summer program, Presidio Bay commissioned the production of a documentary titled “Developing Our Future” to share our vision with the broader industry and inspire others to follow our lead. The lm was screened and received broad recognition at several lm festivals that celebrate innovative and outstanding stories that uplift communities.2023 The Presidio Bay Foundation became an ofcial 501(c)3 nonprot, established its rst board of directors, and hired a full-time Program Manager. From 2021 to 2023, Presidio Bay has hosted thirty-four scholars and given over $112,790 in scholarships towards participants’ education expenses and cost of living while offering scholars hands-on education and accessibility into the commercial real estate industry. 2024 Looking ahead, here are a few exciting new initiatives we have lined up: • Increasing the number of scholars we serve next summer• Developing Professional Accelerator (pg. 16)• Additional Seasonal Workshops (pg. 17)EVOLUTION OF FOUNDATION

2023 PRESIDIO BAY FOUNDATIONPAGE 11OF 39REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAMThe Real Estate Development Scholarship Program offers a 10-week course that provides practical insights into the industry and culminates in a case study competition for scholarships. This program is designed to provide an in-depth introduction to the world of real estate through the lens of active professionals in the eld. We empower our scholars to think about the built environment in a new way and expose them to potential real estate careers. Most importantly, we want our scholars to learn how to use their voices to shape their communities. In just three years, we have graduated 34 students and offered $112,790 in scholarship assistance through this initiative. Page 12

2023 PRESIDIO BAY FOUNDATIONPAGE 12OF 39MENTORSHIP INITIATIVE To supplement our summer curriculum, we implemented a Community Partner Mentorship x Youth Initiative in 2023. This program creates even more accessibility for youth from underrepresented communities through 1:1 mentorship, which is a critical component of empowerment, access, and success. Personal relationships are a powerful tool for learning, growing, accountability, and, more directly - starting and expanding successful careers. Presidio Scholar Mentors will continue to be a part of a new generation of industry leaders taking an active approach to building an environment of diversity and equity. A mentor is not just a resource to a young professional - a mentor serves as a supportive pillar, a partner in their mentees’ future, and an advocate.

Page 19

2023 IMPACT REPORT PRESIDIO BAY FOUNDATIONPAGE 19 OF 39During my participation in the Presidio Scholars Program, I was able to envision how I want the world to look for the rst time as a young adult. And I echo Toni Morrison’s words, “What’s the world for if you can’t make it up the way you want it?”I think the program was a great introduction to the real estate industry, as someone who only loosely knew what went into a development. This program helped me understand what goes into making a city. I would have never known all that goes into the creation of a mixed use building.Even if you don’t come from an industry background, you can feel embraced, encouraged, and empowered for the future (with Presidio scholars). The way this program is structured, it’s like the difference between receiving a handshake and a hug.My mentor (John) was so kind and caring, making sure I always felt welcome and safe. He always made time for me and guided me so much through my journey.AURION WILEY-GREENE City Planning Professional ‘21ANNIE AGUILAR Architecture + Design Scholar ‘23JONATHAN DENA Urban Studies Scholar ‘23CLAYTON LY Economics Scholar ‘23TESTIMONIALS

We were drawn to the program as it aligns with our company values and mission: “Building an equitable net zero future for all people, now.”As sustainability consultants, we know that solving the climate crisis involves multi-generations, representation, and a team effort. We were inspired by the effort and creativity from the students!”

Giving back to a city and the communities we serve is a huge part of the BCCI culture and extremely important to me. Seeing the continued growth and success of the PBV team, I am not surprised that the Foundation is doing such great work, and I’m happy to donate and partner with PBV on such an important need.”“The Presidio Scholars Program is genuinely a mutual learning initiative. Exposure to unknown opportunities and basic concepts, whether real estate or just critical thinking and questioning, are outcomes that I have seen fullled, for both students and professionals like me. The benet of youth, with no preconceived limitations to shy away from honest questions, helps folks like me step back to rethink the projects that our company is creating for the communities we serve. The ability to directly impart just a small level of knowledge about Real Estate can hopefully be leveraged across the students’ networks and communities, whether they fall into an underserved community or not. In our mobile society, spreading knowledge across as many constituencies as possible, especially the young, is benecial for everyone. And interactions across generations are needed more than less. Fortunately, the Presidio Scholars Program affords this opportunity.”
