Attendee-Sourced Highlight ReelOur proposed attendee-sourced highlight reel is based on an aggregated video platform that delivers authentic content from the POV of the attendees, the people who are in the heart of the moments Lennox has delivered. This attendee engagement offering puts the attendees in charge and keeps them active at every point during the meetings. How it Works:• Using CTA signage, we’ll ask attendees to record their favorite moments by following a unique QR code.• The videos will be collected, reviewed, edited, and enhanced with graphics and music to create an attendee highlight reel. • This approach will create a new intellectual property for Lennox that attendees will anticipate every year and at every event. |

Page 48

Fly Through Lennox TechnologyWhat better way to demonstrate Lennox’s whole-home solutions than to have attendees experience it first-hand? Fly Through Lennox Technology is a VR-based experience that will demonstrate what it’s like to be air. Users will start the journey outside of a home or business and move through Lennox systems to see for themselves how the company’s innovative technology works to improve living conditions in its eternal pursuit to deliver perfect air. |

Page 49

We’ll gamify Lennox’s air purification products with a money-grabbing-style arcade game. Instead of grabbing fake money, contestants compete to see who can remove the most contaminants.• The items inside the chamber will be designed like different contaminants that Lennox systems remove.• Particles – pollen, dust mites, dirt, and pet dander.• Germs – bacteria, viruses, mold spores, fungi,…• Odors/Chemicals – pet odors, cooking fumes, chlorine,…• A leaderboard will record the top performers, providing them with bragging rights.• Winners will get their picture taken to be used as social currency.PureAir Contaminant Removers!Pollen Dust Mite Dirt Bacteria|

We'll take their breath away in one fell swoop and replace it with clean oxygen. |

MGME Sustainability StatementMGME began establishing a sustainability program in 2022 and is a Certified Sustainable Event Professional agency through the Events Industry Council.Together, with the MGME Sustainability Committee, our SEP works to train our staff on best practices and SOPs to implement green practices in events. As we are a 100% remote workforce with no central office location, storage facilities or physical locations of any kind. As such, our company’s carbon footprint is minimal outside of events we manage, with no Scope1 or Scope2 emissions to report. To encourage our clients in their choices we review all factors, including hotel selection, excursions according to proximity to attendees, all meeting materials, and seek locally sourced products and foods. Additionally, we use local and seasonal menus, renting décor items instead of buying, donating leftover equipment and food, and sourcing local talent. We also offer Pre, and Post-Event reporting of an event’s carbon footprint via a 3rd party company — Event Decision. Alongside benchmarking, the report offers top event-specific mitigation tactics and an offset value for carbon neutrality. As part of our Meeting and Events programs, MGME fully supports carbon offset programs to counteract emissions. These green programs vary from planting trees to donations to environmental groups, and much more.MGME strives to work with our partners to ensure every meeting and event is planned and executed to minimize the carbon footprint as much as possible.
