NEXT DAY BOOKING GUIDE Consignment There are two types of international shipments documents and non documents choose the correct one from the drop down box Now detail exactly what the contents are be as descriptive as possible if it s a PC base unit use that description do not use generic descriptions such as IT equipment as this will cause delays in customs clearance Add the value of the goods in the consignment value field and also any insurance value that is required note that documents cannot be insured You need to enter something here Dimensions Weight Add the total deadweight of the shipment into this field Now add the dimensions of the shipment in cms in these fields for multiple item shipments click on the box at the end and it will add another line for you to complete These boxes are key as the shipment may have a lower deadweight than the volume metric weight and the customer will always be charged on whichever is greater

NEXT DAY BOOKING GUIDE Proforma Details Services This field will give you a drop down of all the available services and prices for this shipment You can offer them to the client and let them choose which suites the shipment once they have confirmed click on the book shipment button

NEXT DAY BOOKING GUIDE Job Booked Once this screen appears the booking is live in our system You have the option here to re print the AWBs and proforma invoice save them as PDF and send them to the client You also have the option from this screen to book another job if you have one
