Power line call outs are short durational contracts that can lastfrom 3-4 days to a couple of weeks, depending upon the storm.These call outs occur BEFORE the storm hits and will requirepossible Standby to be ready to work if damage occurs from thisstorm. POWER LINECONTRACTS

When we receive a request for crews, a copy of the above roster willbe emailed out. The FAST return of this roster, completely andcorrectly filled out, will ensure your company's participation for thisstorm once we are activated. IT ALL BEGINS WITHTHE ROSTER

You Are Activated Now What? When you receive the Notice to Proceed, youwill be given the general location to headtowards and the number of Billable Hours formobilization and demobilization.. IMPORTANT: Billablehours are ONLY from6:00 am until 10:00pm each day. If youchoose to operateoutside of these hours,you CANNOT billoutside the allowablerange. Tree "R" Us, Inc.

GET YOUR CREWS ON THE ROADYour Foreman willbe contacted by aGeneral Foremanwho will beassissting themthroughout theduration of thestorm. The General Foreman will supply all information and dispatching ofwork to all crews. All questions, should go through the GeneralForeman following the chain of command. Each crew will be assigned two specific tag numbers. One number willbe linked to the Foreman's Pickup Truck and the second to the BucketTruck. Example of this would be as follows:TRU - 1 would be for the Foreman's Pickup TruckTRU - 1 B would be for the Bucket Truck

At the end of each day receipts must beemailed in. Daily submissions are the onlyguarantee of you receivingreimbursement. Every receipt that is kept forreimbursement will need the appropriatetag number written on it. Receipt reimbursement falls on the responsibility of eachcompany. HANDLING RECEIPTS
