The “Positivit Chill Drill” is the practice of using one or more of the Positivit Skills to help you return to your OK Zone when you have moved to your High Zone or your Low Zone.

POSITIVIT CHILL DRILLThe goal of POSITIVIT CHILL DRILL is to change your feelings, thoughts and beliefs from negative energy to calm and peaceful positive energy as quickly as possible in the moment...to move from the High Zone or the Low Zone back into the OK Zone. Repeating this drill can be awesome. It takes a little time and effort, but it really works!

▪ You have moved out of your OK Zone because you are faced with what we can call "challenges". Any one or more challenges can push you into the High Zone or the Low Zone.▪ Do the CHILL DRILL when you feel stuck either in the High Zone or the Low Zone and can’t seem to change your feelings. ▪ Moving through the CHILL DRILL activates your brain’s Neuroplasticity…the skill of changing your brainwaves from negative to positive.▪ You can move through the CHILL DRILL slowly or quickly, depending on the intensity and seriousness of the challenge you are experiencing.
