A COORDINATED CARE TEAM FOCUSED ON YOUR TREATMENT Our program is designed by industry leaders in psychiatry, psychotherapy and nursing. You will be cared for by a team of renowned experts who specialize in treating patients with mood, anxiety and trauma-related disorders. This dedicated treatment team will collaborate on all aspects of your care and help you better understand your mental health condition. Evidence-Based and Patient-Focused Treatment Your treatment plan will utilize evidence-based modalities, and our team will individualize aspects of your treatment based on your unique needs. You will participate in expertly led individual and group therapy in a culturally competent and trauma-informed therapeutic setting, relying on a framework of safety and compassion. These sessions provide a safe, nurturing environment for you to connect with others who are in similar situations and to integrate newly learned skills. For a more targeted and focused approach we offer specialized care for co-occurring conditions including substance use disorder (SUD), obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and other trauma-related disorders through a highly individualized, phased approach in select locations.Our programs are supported by a range of frontline psychotherapies including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) and exposure and response prevention (ERP) — among others that target specic symptoms and conditions. When needed, we also utilize pharmacological and neuropsychiatric treatments to further personalize your treatment plan.

MEETING YOU WHERE YOU ARE When seeking treatment, you will talk with a master’s-level clinician to determine what level of care is best suited for you. Throughout your treatment journey, you will be able to seamlessly transition to a lower level of care or step up to a higher level of care as determined appropriate. • RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM 24 hours per day, 7 days per week support Program Goal: Apply consistent skills for daily functioning• PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION PROGRAM Day treatment for 7-8 hours per day, 5 or 7 days per week* Program Goal: Apply insights and develop strategies for symptom management•• INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (On-Site and Virtual – Pathlight At Home) Outpatient care for 3 hours per day, 3 days per week of group therapy, plus one weekly individual/family session Program Goal: Practice consistent skills for optimal independent daily living*Programming days per week vary by location.
THE CRITICAL ROLE OF FAMILIES AND FRIENDS Families, friends and other support persons play an essential role in the healing process. Our treatment is rooted in emotion-focused family therapy (EFFT).
