With the aim of bolstering a passionfor sporting success amongststudents, Harvest InternationalSchool organised its 10th AnnualAthletic Meet. Awards and accolades24/10/2024 - A four-peat No.1 for Harvest!Achieving a unique distinction, Harvest International School,Jassowal-Kular, Ludhiana, has bagged the Best Day CumBoarding International School Award in Punjab for the fourthconsecutive time during a glittering award function at TheLeela Ambience, Gurugram, last week.The credit for the prestigious award would go to thepraiseworthy educational philosophy followed at theinstitution, where every student matters! The second and concluding day ofthe annual function for theacademic session 2024-25 on 29thOct saw participation from middleand senior secondary school. The programme commenced withthe lighting of the ceremoniallamp to invoke divine blessings, inpresence of the honourable VicePresident of the Harvest Group,Mr Gurdeep Singh, DIGP (retd), hiswife, Mrs Balbir Kaur, DirectorCampus, Mr Sandeep Singh,school's principal, Mr Jay Sharmaand the vice principal, Ms BhawnaSharma.During the event, a musicalrendering of the story of Aladdin,adapted from the Arabian Nights,was presented as a drama. In addition, the school report wasread out by the principalsummarising the recentachievements. Jan 26 - Celebrating the 76th Republic DayThe 76th Republic Day was observed onthe school campus by upholding the spiritof reverence towards the constitution andthe enduring philosophy behind it. Christmas CelebrationThe school held ChristmasCelebrations on 23rd December.During the event, the story ofChrist's birth - The Nativity Play -was presented. PinnacleCouncil Retreat Ceremony Held - The School Council Retreat Ceremony, a significant event duringthe school calendar, was held on 14th Feb to recognise anduphold the dedication put in by the student leaders during theacademic session 2024-25.The outgoing student council handed over their badges toindicate passing over of responsibility in the upcoming session.
