  • grabbing
  • choking
  • shaking
  • hair-pulling
  • slapping, punching or hitting
  • use of a weapon (gun, knife, or other object)
  • use of restraints or one's body, size, or strength against another person.

From simple assault to homicide, including armed robbery, physical violence can take many forms when an aggressor intentionally resorts to violence to intimidate or restrain a victim. Suicide also falls into that category.

Physical abuse means any non-accidental act or behavior causing injurytrauma, or other physical suffering or bodily harm. Abusive acts toward children can often result from parents' attempts at child discipline through excessive corporal punishment.


It is necessary to think and reflect a lot on this reality in order to solve the problems of the home with dialogue that generates peace.


There are many complaints that are made in the institutes for the protection of women. However men are also mistreated.
