Getting to Know Us.
Featuring Leslie Hammond, Managing Director of Retail Banking
As a young adult I realized serving the community was my calling and my passion.
I gained so much satisfaction from giving 100% to a task and seeing the benefits
returned ten-fold.
It was an easy move to extend that service spirit into the financial industry when I
chose my career. To help people accomplish their financial goals and realize their
dreams was another impactful way I could continually make a dierence.
As Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Retail Banking at Signature
Bank, I’m responsible for the overall strategic direction of retail banking with my
primary focus being to establish new relationships leading to the organic growth of
loans and deposits.
Who knew that a true community bank still existed! My clients have always been #1
with me and to find a bank that is so service-centric and encourages me to exceed
the expectations of my clients is exciting. I’m very fortunate to have landed at an
amazing bank where I can spread the news about our unique boutique banking
environment. It’s certainly not your typical bank and it allows me to serve my clients
and my community with the 100% dedication that continues to motivate me.
Leslie is also dedicated to the community and supporting our troops. She was recently selected to Co-Chair Cobb Chamber’s Honorary
Commanders Association for 2017-18. Their mission is to partner community leaders with military commanders, giving them the opportunity
to learn more about military activities that impact our economy and aspects of the national defense system. Leslie was in the Class of 2013 and
served on the Steering Committee 2014 - 16.

of $361,000. This is below expectations and is due
to lower loan volumes in SBA year-to-date and the

a one time client transaction (sale of company) which artificially in-
creased the bank’s average asset size. The bank expects this ratio
to return to a normalized level as of 12/31/16.

Dr. Weinstein Couldn’t Keep His Patients Waiting
He Needed a Financial Partner He Could Trust.
How could you possibly liken Neuropsychology to Banking? Dr. Weinstein
relates the two because he understands that both professions require a
balance of technical expertise and knowledge, along with collaboration
with the person you’re committed to helping. “For 17 years I’ve trusted
my banker, Nicole Klein, with my financial needs and having her with
a local community bank like
Signature ensures she can
continue to customize solutions
for me. The respect, advice,
and responsiveness I receive
from Nicole and her team leave
me confident that my practice
and I are a priority. That kind of
individualized attention is hard to
come by these days.”

Commitment Laid the Landscape for Don Redmond
It was Signature Bank’s Commitment that Sealed the Deal.
Following several starts and stops with other banks, Don Redmond,
President and new Owner of BCW Co. Landscaping, ultimately selected
Signature Bank as his financial partner because of the personal interest and
prompt responses he received. “Signature’s President, Freddie Deutsch,
and every member of his team expressed their genuine interest in my
business opportunity from day
one. All commitments made by
the bank, were met. They didn’t
allow the big bank bureaucracy
to slow down the process. Our
timeline was challenging, but
they delivered. I can’t imagine I
ever considered another bank.
