Message from the President
It’s hard to believe 2017 is upon us and we are celebrating 11 years
in the Sandy Springs community. 2016 has been an exciting year of
change and opportunities that have further equipped us to continue
our dedication of providing our clients a high-touch, high-service
standard we call “boutique-banking”.
We’ve been blessed and fortunate to have such a loyal client base
believing in us and helping us grow. We are also extremely thankful
for our strong team of dedicated, seasoned bankers who are part
of the Signature Family. They appreciate the business model we’ve
created so they can customize deposit and loan solutions and help
their clients realize their financial goal and dreams.
As we continue our dedication to the community in 2017, I am
confident in the possibilities which await us and I hope each of you

Featuring Leslie Hammond, Managing Director of Retail Banking
As a young adult I realized serving the community was my calling and my passion.
I gained so much satisfaction from giving 100% to a task and seeing the benefits
returned ten-fold.
It was an easy move to extend that service spirit into the financial industry when I
chose my career. To help people accomplish their financial goals and realize their
dreams was another impactful way I could continually make a dierence.
As Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Retail Banking at Signature
Bank, I’m responsible for the overall strategic direction of retail banking with my
primary focus being to establish new relationships leading to the organic growth of
loans and deposits.
Who knew that a true community bank still existed! My clients have always been #1
with me and to find a bank that is so service-centric and encourages me to exceed
the expectations of my clients is exciting. I’m very fortunate to have landed at an
amazing bank where I can spread the news about our unique boutique banking
environment. It’s certainly not your typical bank and it allows me to serve my clients
and my community with the 100% dedication that continues to motivate me.
Leslie is also dedicated to the community and supporting our troops. She was recently selected to Co-Chair Cobb Chamber’s Honorary
Commanders Association for 2017-18. Their mission is to partner community leaders with military commanders, giving them the opportunity
to learn more about military activities that impact our economy and aspects of the national defense system. Leslie was in the Class of 2013 and
served on the Steering Committee 2014 - 16.

Eva Farag is named Senior Vice President and Managing Director of
SBA Lending Group.
With over 30 years of diverse experience (risk management, credit underwriting and compliance) in the financial services
industry, Eva has focused her last four years helping business owners throughout metro Atlanta and Georgia obtain financing
through the various programs oered by the Small Business Administration. “To attract someone of Eva’s caliber to lead our SBA
Lending Group is yet another incredibly exciting step in our turnaround,” says Freddie Deutsch. “Her anity toward government
guaranteed lending coupled with her level of knowledge and strong business development acumen makes her uniquely qualified
to join the team of outstanding banking professionals we have assembled here at Signature.”

Ashley Ward Joins as Loan Operations Ocer
As an accomplished Real Estate Manager with ten years of experience in operational eciencies, workow automation and data
analytics, Ashley will be a valuable member of the loan operations team. She most recently served as a Title Curator with a local
law firm and has gained extensive knowledge in compliance guidelines, title filings, operational improvements and business
continuity and planning.
Finding someone with Ashley’s experience and her desire to deepen her loan operation skills makes her a great fit for the
position,” says Nadia Perrmann, Director of Loan Operations and Loan Compliance. “Attention to detail with strong focus on
follow-up to closure is essential in this position and I look forward to having Ashley’s support as our loan portfolio continues to

Deja Silas joins as Client Support Banker
Deja has been developing her career in client support roles since 2010 where she started with a bank in Louisiana. As
a graduate of Grambling State University with a degree in Psychology, Deja has strong client service and relationship
management skills she has developed in various support roles throughout her early career. Her recent role with a
local bank in Atlanta as the Personal Banker and Lead Teller has further developed her retail banking expertise.
Makisha Gann, Assistant Financial Center Manager states, “We are extremely excited to have Deja join the financial
center team. Her client-centric focus and servant heart are qualities that can’t be taught. Deja naturally possesses
these qualities and embraces the importance of delivering the boutique-banking business model we are dedicated to
providing our clients.”
As Client Support Banker, Deja will assist clients with account openings, questions, requests and also serve as back-
up support for the Lead Teller and branch management.

Weston Noles joins as Financial Center Lead Teller
Weston began his career in banking in 2010 and most recently served as the Head Teller at a bank in Dunwoody, Georgia.
Weston brings a fresh perspective to our financial center and his upbeat attitude and client centric focus makes him a
perfect addition to our team,” says Makisha Gann, Assistant Financial Center Manager.
As Lead Teller, Noles will manage the day-to-day transactional processes and systems, assist clients and provide back-up
support as needed to the financial center sta.
