ABOUT US A forum for solicitors and legal executives who act as professionaldeputies and those who work alongside them to share news, viewsand best practice, while also providing a collective voice to act as aconduit between its members and third parties such as the Office ofthe Public Guardian, the Ministry of Justice, the Court of Protectionand the Law Society. The aim of The PDF is to support and contribute to the work ofprofessional deputies and those who work alongside them onmatters concerning vulnerable adults who lack or have limitedmental capacity.
The PDF is firmly established as the focal point for all professionaldeputies and runs a series of successful events throughout the yearof varying types and sizes that offer training, networking, both in-person and online. Our Corporate members are key in supporting the PDF and itsmembers carry out their work and there are several ways that youcan get involved.
