One of her side projectsincludes designing outdoor enclosures for indoor cats toenjoy nature safely. At work, that same passion shows up inher drive to anticipate potential issues and ensure clearcommunication for project success. Her daughter’s joy is contagious — especially when she sings“Row, Row, Row Your Boat,” which now has permanent playlist statusin their home. For Casey, staying motivated is all about perspective.“Every minute I’m at work is supporting the life andfamily I always wanted,” she says. She’s committed tomaking things easier for others by being thorough,proactive, and thoughtful in everything she does.
