There is something that dwells in all of us, and it's that thing that we love to do, be it dancing, photography, fashion design, cooking, vlogging, etc. Its doing that thing that you can't live without doing, that thing that will make you rise out of bed every morning and that thing, that when you do it, you feel alive, that's passion. What's a Passionpreneur? When you marry your passion with your career, that's you becoming a Passionprenuer. Wouldn't it be perfect if you could live a life on purpose doing that thing you love to do? Well, thanks to the internet, today, almost any passion can be turned into a profitable side hustle. You can make money doing the things that you love the most. What is purpose? There many interpretations of the word purpose, and all are valid depending on how it resonates within you. I define purpose as I do in both my 7 Days Living on Purpose Journal and my 9 Days on Purpose Journal, which is to live in alignment with who you were born to be".

If entertainers, fashion designers, photographers and chefs can earn millions doing what they love, I genuinely believe purpose and profit can most certainly co-exist. Are you ready? The truth is, starting a business and creating a purpose-driven career takes a lot of time, due diligence and determination. If you genuinely want to succeed in having a purpose-driven career, get ready and prepare yourself because it is far from being an easy route. It is going to take a lot of hard work, determination, resilience and sacrifice. Motivation and Intention One of the best motivating factors in helping you put in all the hard work needed for you to succeed is to look at where you are in your life at this present time. · Is your day job ultimately fulfilling you? Do you have a job? · Are you living in alignment with your career and life? · Are you sick and tired of being sick and tired? Well, the beauty of life gives us a choice to do something about it. You really can make money doing what you're passionate about, and that serves your purpose.

It’s important to know which business you are in to operate accordingly in that sector/industry. E.g. if your idea is providing training courses for people who a long term unemployed to get them back into employment, then your business is a Training and Development Company, and customer is more than likely to welfare to work providers. If youre going to succeed in your purpose-driven career, you need to find a way to differentiate yourself from other applicants. Its time to figure out how youre going to stand out from the crowd. EVERY industry has a circle of influence in which the top 20% will generate approximately 90% of the revenue, and the remaining 80% will compete for the remaining 10% of revenue.
