This box was created in partnership with Dana Alimena, a certified NSCAStrength and Conditioning Specialist, Transformational Thought Coach,with a certification in the Functional Movement Screen, to create a box forthose facing physical injuries. Dana is also the founder of Go ForwardStrong, which offers one on one individualized coaching and programmingfor rugby players looking for that extra support. She aims to empower acommunity of ruggers navigating life confidently in the direction of theirideal self. As a three time ACL-tearer throughout her career as a women’srugby player (a career she is still actively pursuing), Dana has theprofessional and personal experience of moving through injury recovery.We have teamed up to create a box that specifically targets the mentalhealing and recovery of those who have gone through ACL tears and otherinjuries. With our combined knowledge of the importance of taking time toacknowledge and work through the mental and emotional challenges thataccompany physical injury, we have created a box that allows someone inrecovery to feel all of their feelings, and begin the journey of workingthrough them at their own pace.
