That’s why we’ve created an environment that responds to their needs so they can feel safe enough to develop meaningful and trusting relationships while embracing their capabilities, strengths and autonomy.Every girl brings something exceptional to the table. At Pace, we focus on developing these special characteristics. By supporting a girl’s talents and positive attributes we help her achieve her goals.Trauma can alter the course of a girl’s life. Whether that is college, trade school or on-site career development.Pace collaborates with local organizations, businesses and community leaders to create opportunities for girls to engage with their broader community. This includes volunteering, attending community events or participating in mentorship programs.PACE CENTER FOR GIRLSAll girls, regardless of their story, deserve safe and supportive spaces to thrive which help them to become strong, compassionate and successful women. Pace is a transformational program that not only empowers girls to reach their highest potential, but shows them that a life of love, success and happiness is possible for them. However, insucient funds for education and community resources can lead to lower graduation rates, increased involvement in the juvenile justice system and engagement in higher risk behaviors.Through the generosity of donors, Pace’s programs transform girls’ lives every day. We achieve change by implementing innovative teaching methods grounded in data-driven approaches, by providing trained counselors accessible to girls and their families at no cost, and by advocating for improvements in public policy aecting girls.
