SUPPORTING GIRLSPACE CENTER FOR GIRLSPACE DAY PROGRAMWHAT MAKES PACE UNIQUEPace is a nonprot organization that believes all girls, regardless of their story, deserve a safe and supportive space where they can become strong, compassionate and successful women.Pace combines education, counseling and life skills coaching for girls in middle and high school at no cost. Our year-round academics and counseling programs work hand-in-hand to achieve a holistic and comprehensive path to success.The way that girls learn and develop is unique. That’s why we’ve created an environment that responds to their needs so they can feel safe enough to develop meaningful and trusting relationships while embracing their capabilities, strengths and autonomy.Every girl brings something exceptional to the table. At Pace, we focus on developing these special characteristics. By supporting a girl’s talents and positive attributes we help her achieve her goals.Trauma can alter the course of a girl’s life. We strive to improve the girl’s communication skills, stress management, time management, nutrition, work-life balance and so much more.Individual and group counseling sessions give girls the tools they need to appropriately respond to current and future challenges in their daily lives.Through monthly meetings, we ensure that families are informed and working towards like-minded goals with the girls.Our program provides support to each girl charting her goals.
