This professional position engages in local government issues involvingadministration, project management, and developing innovative solutions in coordination withmember governments. It involves the application of considerable knowledge, research, andplanning in matters of government, public administration, community and economic development,housing, transportation, planning, historic preservation, and any related matters. Specifically, thisposition requires a talented individual who can collaborate with local governments in aprofessional, resourceful, trustworthy, accountable, efficient, and innovative manner. The ideal candidate will be a team-oriented individual who can engage effectively with coworkersand community members to provide quality customer service. Candidates should have a strongvision and desire to facilitate positive change that moves the region forward. A candidate must beable to address challenges with enthusiasm and positive energy that demonstrates a love for thework of growing and improving communities.
