Whether it be a quick bite on a lunch break, a delicious dinner for the family, or a special event, Crossroads Bistro will be happy to serve you!
*Pricing subject to change depending on Market Pricing Food Truck On-Site Options Truck On-Site Option #1 (The Tab): Recommended for up to 50 people or if other food options are present, up to 100 may be accommodated. • A minimum amount to be chosen and decided upon on a case by case basis. Once the amount has been agreed upon, a food tab will be run as guests approach the truck and order their meals. • The food tab must exceed the minimum amount. If it does not, the minimum amount will be charged. • The minimum amount does not include tax, travelling fee, or gratuity! • There will be a 10% non-refundable deposit due up front to book the truck, with the remaining balance to be paid at the event. Truck On-Site Option #2 (Meal Deal): Minimum of 50 people to be served in a 1.5-2 hour service period • A menu will be provided based on our current truck menu to accompany this proposal. It may in some cases be limited. • The basic Meal selection is: o (1) Entrée Selection o (1) Side/Soup o (1) Beverage, options include: ▪ Coke, Diet Coke, Sprite, and Bottled Water • The price per person will not include tax, travelling fee, or gratuity! • There will be a 10% non-refundable deposit due up front to book the truck, with the remaining balance to be paid at the event.
*Pricing subject to change depending on Market Pricing Truck On-Site Option #3 (Limited Entrée Selection/Side Buffet): Recommended for anything over 50 people, to have a decreased wait time. • (6) Entrée selections will be made from the current food truck menu, provided to you along with this proposal. When selecting Entrées we recommend you take into consideration a “simple selection” as well as a salad for those that have dietary restrictions or a simpler palette. • A buffet of all three side dishes will be set up on the side of the food truck, at the end of the table will be the drinks. • The price per person will not include tax, travelling fee, or gratuity! • There will be a 10% non-refundable deposit due up front to book the truck, with the remaining balance to be paid at the event. Truck On-Site Late Night Bite Option #1: A minimum of 50 people must be served with a 1 hour service period • 2 Entrée Selections served with our Fresh Cut Fries, unlimited servings • The current price per person (as of the date this menu was proposed to you) is $14 • This price per person does not include tax, travelling fee, or gratuity! • There will be a 10% non-refundable deposit due up front to book the truck, with the remaining balance to be paid at the event. Truck On-Site Late Night Bite Option #2: A minimum of 50 people must be served with a 1 hour service period • 2 Entrée Selections served with our Fresh Cut Fries, each guest will receive a single ticket per person. • The current price per person (as of the date this menu was proposed to you) is $10 • This price per person does not include tax, travelling fee, or gratuity! • There will be a 10% non-refundable deposit due up front to book the truck, with the remaining balance to be paid at the event.

*Pricing subject to change depending on Market Pricing ADDITIONAL FEES THAT MAY APPLY We use Let's Do Linens if you would prefer your diners have access to linen napkins, they will be available at a cost of $0.50 per person. There are several selections of colors to choose from and samples can be provided for your color matching needs. If linens are desired on tables other than your buffet tables, a set up and break down fee may be charged. Additional Staffing for your needs beyond buffet service. All Plates and Flatware are included. Glassware only provided when beverage packages are purchased. Delivery/Traveling Fee Calculated from our Restaurant: 5200 North Point Blvd., Sparrows Point, MD 21219 Food Truck on Site Charges: $30/hour after the initial 4 hour time frame, (1 hour set up, 2 hours service, 1 hour breakdown, are included in the above prices.)
