11Our Company Milestones1971Perry & Co. was established by four partners, Ken Perry, R. Don Larrance, Ed Talmadge, Ken Grunwald, and six agents on September 30th, 1971 after splitting from previous brokerage Bishop-Perry & Co.199 0Perry & Co. became the rst real estate company to open a retail location in Denver’s posh Cherry Creek North shopping district. 2000Ken Perry ofcially retired and full company ownership transitioned to then CEO R. Don Larrance, the youngest of the original four partners. 2001Perry & Co. acquired friendly competitor Aspinwall & Assoc. and then opened new doors in the Denver Tech Center/Greenwood Village, expanding service into Denver’s fast growing South Metropolitan area. 2006Live Urban Real Estate was established, by John Skrabec and Mark White, on January 1, creating an innovative, marketing-centric, and client-focused brokerage with an ofce in Denver’s West Highland neighborhood. 2007Perry & Co. formally established the Perry & Co.
