However, the day of your wedding can be a bit chaotic, to say the least. Wedding Management is the best of both worlds when it comes to Wedding Planning. You are able to plan your own wedding AND have an experienced planner helping you stay on track and from overlooking details that can be costly, frustrating, and heartbreaking. This isn't "Day-Of" coordination, or a "Venue Coordinator" you are working with. Wedding Management is so much more. We are different. We give you all the tools, platforms, resources and support you need to plan from DAY 1. ONBOARDINGDay 1Vision & Detail Questionnaire: after you have signed your contract with Orchard View Lavender Farm and made your first deposit, you will be sent a detailed questionnaire to give us better insight into your vision.Foundation Meeting/ Onboarding: after you have submitted your questionnaire you will be invited for a virtual Onboarding to determine your priorities, discuss vendors and walk you through our collaborative Wedding Planning Portal, Aisle Planner.Aisle Planner Client Portal “AP”: access granted to your Planning Portal which you will use throughout your planning journey. Within AP you will find pertinent information regarding Marriage Applications, Gratuities, Processional Order and Inventory, Checklist, Budgeting, Mood Boards, Guest Manager, Floorplans, Vendor & Contract Storage, Payment Scheduling Reminders and so much more."Without question, the perfect wedding does not come together on its own. Every detail matters,perfection is essential, the minutia are overwhelming...especially when you do it in three months! Step in Kasia and the June Beri team, individuals who not only meet, but far exceed the punctiliousness and drive necessary to create the most wonderful wedding."Silvia & SergioPLANNINGThroughoutEtiquette Guidance & Strategic Support: we are here to address all of your etiquette questions and provide strategic support when contemplating decisions. Two strategic calls can be scheduled monthly, however you can email any questions that you may have at any time.

PRODUCTION45 Day WalkthroughPlanner: 60 days prior, your assigned planner will reach out to you to introduce themselves and schedule your walkthrough.Walkthrough: 45 days prior your planner will meet with you at your venue to discuss logistics, day-of details, venue guidelines and the timeline.Timeline Development: a detailed timeline will be created in collaboration with each vendor to streamline day-of execution.Meteorologist: 3 days prior to your wedding, our Meteorologist will track and report expected hourly conditions specific to Orchard View Lavender Farm. WEDDING DAYManagementDay-of Wedding Management: up to (10 hours).Day-of Staffing: One planner & wedding assistant(s). Vendor Management: day-of each vendor will be met by the planning team and accompanied to their designated set up and maintain ongoing communication throughout the event.Couple & Bridal Party Services: our team will bustle dresses, pin boutonnieres, and address any emergency needs that arise throughout the evening. We bring steamers and a fully loaded emergency bag.Personal Inventory: should you decide to have any personal items to display or utilize at your wedding our team will put them out and collect them for you at the end of the evening. Those items include: card boxes, champagne flutes for the couple, guest book, favors, escort cards, cake topper, cake server/ knife set, and pictures.Photos: Off Beat ProductionsyCeremony- processional/ recessional: our team will line you up and cue the entire bridal party down the aisle. Coordination of Reception: working with the DJ/Band and maître d', you will be prompted for all formalities and traditions throughout the event.Guest Point of Contact: guests will be welcomed by the planning team and guided throughout the event through transitions from ceremony to cocktail, and cocktail to reception.Distribution of all payments/gratuities: any final payments and gratuities will be distributed throughout the evening on your behalf.Departure & Clean-up Supervision: we will oversee the departure of your guests at the close of the event and supervise the cleanup/ breakdown of your vendors.

Offboarding: as your event has concluded wehave one final meeting to provide you withinformation about your vendors, marriagelicense submissions, and steps to move on tothe next chapter of your life.POST WEDDINGOffboarding"All of our guests were complimenting how everything was so organized and on time without any of the the chaos and panic.
