LISA YARBOUGH Certified Executive Coach After a marketing career with 20 years in large enterprises Lisa now brings her experience with creating collaborating and developing strategies to her coaching clients She brings this business experience working in Fortune 500 organizations along with her coaching expertise to guide clients to their desired transformations Lisa s passion for coaching stems from a life long interest in human behavior and organizational dynamics to guide others in achieving success as they define it Through a holistic strength based approach she has led others to overcome obstacles and accelerate goal achievement She has a special interest in working with professional women seeking to build greater confidence to increase opportunities and achieve more success in their career and personal lives Lisa holds a Bachelor s in Business from Loyola University of Chicago and a Graduate Certificate in Executive and Professional Coaching from the University of Texas Dallas She also holds a Master of Science Degree in Organizational Behavior and Executive Coaching from the University of Texas Dallas

ROCKY GARZA Culture Consultant and Identity Coach Rocky knows firsthand how difficult it can be to identify what makes us unique on our own His childhood tells a tale of having moved 10 times and having to make new friends at every new school He ended up spending more time trying to impress or please everyone else going from one extreme of the pendulum by sailing along on charisma to the other end by living a life of self sacrifice No matter how hard he worked nothing seemed to make sense and he was never able to see his real value or worth That is until he took a step back and had a long hard look at WHO he was not just WHAT he did After graduating with a communications degree from Texas A M University Rocky has spent the past 15 years walking alongside thousands of individuals at Sky Ranch Summer Camp as Director and counseled and supported hundreds while on the pastoral staff at Chase Oaks Church Now as a top keynote speaker and culture consultant he has taken thousands through the Identity Mapping process As a result they have all been led to understand the most vivid picture of who they are and how they operate best as individuals
KELLEY JOHNSON Founder and CEO A truth teller and problem solver at her core Kelley is trusted for her wise counsel and ability to translate complex challenges into needle moving strategies that build engagement and achieve results in the areas of Inclusion Diversity Equity and Leadership Development Before launching KJE Consulting Coaching in 2015 Kelley s corporate career included leadership positions in marketing communications human resources corporate social responsibility and talent development As the former chief diversity officer for JCPenney Kelley was instrumental in the organization achieving external recognition and acclaim for linking business innovation and talent development with Inclusion and Diversity Kelley is a Hogan certified executive coach a graduate of Texas Woman s University and author of EMERGE She has held strategic advisory roles with several organizations including INROADS the Latino Leadership Initiative at SMU Cox School of Business and the March of Dimes of Greater Dallas 15
