This one and a half day session is comprised of 36 papers and six main symposia, which includes two International Orthopaedic Trauma Association symposia.Attendees of the International Trauma Care Forum will collaborate with the attendees of the Basic Science Focus Forum and exchange ideas during their joint session symposium. This combined session has proved to be a great way to come together to discuss ideas with basic science researchers. LEARNING OBJECTIVESUpon successful completion of the 2025 InternationalTrauma Care Forum, participants will be able to:1. Review the management of upper and lower extremity traumatic injuries, including fragility fractures.2. Assess reconstructive treatment options for patients with fracture-related infections.3. Describe practical methods for providing high-quality orthopaedic trauma care in remote regions.4. Discuss decision-making considerations in the treatment of polytrauma patients. Balogh, MD, PhD, FIOTA Masanori Yorimitsu, MD, FIOTA Michiel Herteleer, MD, PhD Hector Jose Aguado, PhD, Prof. Pieter Joosse, MD, PhD Andrew C. Older adults are at greater risk of morbidity and mortality following trauma, being more likely to have cognitive impairment, underlying chronic conditions, and baseline frailty that decrease their ability to recover physiologi-cally. This symposium seeks to examine major aspects of care in the geriatric orthopaedic trauma patient facing providers globally, including systematic approaches, patient factors, and surgical decision-making. 10:40 AM Introduction: Orthopaedic Trauma in the Geriatric Patient Zsolt J.
