The goal of this program is to foster and promote the pursuit of excellence in orthopaedic education.The OTA’s Educate the Educators Faculty Develop-ment Program will be a three-module course spread over three years held as a pre-course event prior to the OTA Annual Meeting. Completion of all three modules of the course (in any order over any period of time) will result in a certicate noting successful completion of the modules.The course will cover topics focusing on the educator, the learner, and the program.
