Message Ora et Labora 2025 Goals:• Increase e Collegium’s inventory by 500 products within one year;• Acquire 100 new customers during the same period.2. YouTube - All ings Traditional - Develop a YouTube channel focused on exploring “All ings Traditional” through the lens of young adults. Students participating in this project will collaborate to brainstorm topics, write and edit scripts, produce engaging videos, create exclusive paid content for subscribers, and promote the channel across various platforms. Goals:• Publish at least one new video per week (preferably two) starting by November; • Launch an inventory of paid content by November 1;• Grow the channel to 1,000 total subscribers and achieve 100 paid subscribers by the end of the year. Goals:• Become procient in using e Collegium’s databases by September 15;• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and create supporting textual and graphic content by September 15;• Launch regular marketing campaigns starting September 15, with ongoing analysis and optimization to improve eectiveness.1. Collegium Store - Expand the inventory of e Collegium online store by forming aliate partnerships with compatible vendors, including auto-drop-ship vendors, LULU vendors, print-on-demand items, and other web stores with products that can be integrated into e Collegium platform. is initiative will also focus on broadening the market reach of the store.3. Collegium Marketing - Gain hands-on experience in the areas of Admissions and Development by learning to manage e Collegium’s databases, creating engaging marketing content, executing campaigns through email and various social media platforms, analyzing marketing performance, and engaging directly with prospective students.
4. Entrepreneurship Project - Students participating in this project will gain practical experience in evaluating, launching, and managing a new business. ey will choose between two business models—an indoor digital billboard venture or a vending machine operation. e project includes conducting due diligence, establishing the business, and overseeing day-to-day operations aer launch. Goals:• Due diligence (evaluation) by October 1;• Initial training and launch by November 1;• Marketing goals by November 1; followed by analysis and improvement plans.5. Assisting the Institute - Various to-be-determined tasks to assist the Institute of Christ the King at the Oratory.6. Schola and Choir - Students singing in e Collegium Schola (and the parish choir) may earn academic credit or some credit toward Ora et Labora hours.7. MCAT Preparation - Students taking courses at UMKC to prepare for the MCAT will earn credit toward Ora et Labora hours while taking these courses.
