Hello Optimians! My name is Karen Ordorica. My journey with Optimastarted in March of 2022 as a customer servicerepresentative. In August of 2023 I joined the RetentionDepartment as a client retention specialist, and I havenow circled back to the Customer Service Department as ateam lead starting this September. I was born and raised in Orange County. I’ve moved out ofOrange County multiple times, but I just keep coming backbecause there’s just no place like home. I graduated fromCal State Long Beach with a Bachelors in Sociology. GoBeach! I have a fur baby name Nala. Sweet Nala is 13 yearsyoung. She loves cuddles and going for walks. Nala mightlook intimidating but she’s the sweetest and most well-behaved fur baby I know. I love the TV show F·R·I·E·N·D·S· I’ve watched all 10seasons countless times. I have a collection of “Friends”merchandise that my Friends and Family have gifted me. Ieven did a small DIY photoshoot recreating a scene fromone of Rachel’s birthday parties for my own birthday. It’son my bucket list to visit the F·R·I·E·N·D·S studio. I enjoy spending time at the beach, rain or shine, day ornight. I also enjoy spending time with my friends andfamily, making reels, going to concerts, dancing, hiking,learning new recipes, shopping, and being creative.
