ECUSA PAGEANTOFFICIAL RULES 135246Contestant age will be determined as of the first day of the competition dateyou are competing in. Proof of age should be available upon request. All payments are final and non-refundable. Approved credits may only beapplied to future fees and cannot be exchanged for cash.Contestants in our Miss, Ms. & Ms. Woman divisions are welcomed tocompete regardless of marital status. You may be married or single. Poor sportsmanship from contestants or guests will not be tolerated and mayresult in event removal without a refund.Any contestant who arrives late for competition line up during the pageantand/or excessively goes over the time limit(s) will be subject to a .1 pointdeductions from each judge.This is a fair competition judged by qualified judges. OFFICIAL RULES 791181012East Coast USA Pageant retains the right to withhold who is competing in thepageant or how many contestants are entered. The only way to fairly conduct thistype of competition, for everyone involved, is to not release specific information.East Coast USA Pageant assumes no liability for the actions of any contestant,parent, or guest of a contestant that may lead to an accident, injury, or lossduring any East Coast USA Pageant sanctioned event.The pageant staff reserves the right to use their discretion when selectingand accepting contestants for any sanctioned event. Any videos or photographs taken during the pageant may be used by EastCoast USA Pageant for advertising and publicity purposes.All registrations, entry fees, photos, and event-related submissions are subjectto deadlines and due dates. Any contestant who fails to meet the properdeadlines and/or due dates may be ineligible to compete. STATE PAGEANTQUEEN REQUIREMENTS13524State Queens who have earned a title are required to participate in the NationalFinals. Failure to attend will result in forfeiture of their title and all associatedwinnings, and they will not be in good standing with the organization for one year.East Coast USA Pageant is looking for role models. You will be expected torepresent East Coast USA in the best way possible. This includes actingappropriately when using social media outlets.We ask that State Queens use their titles for good and participate incommunity service projects of their choosing. State Queens are welcomed to compete at additional pageants outside ofthe organization during their reign. It is mandatory to return to the pageant the following year to take yourfinal walk and crown your successor. National FinalsRole Models Give Back Additional Pageants Crowning Succesor The requirements for all State Queens are outlined below. 6Grand Supremes may not compete at the State Pageant they won in thefollowing year. Division winners may compete in the same State Pageant ifthey have moved up to the next division. All other title holders are welcome tocompete.Competing the Following Year

NATIONAL ROYALTYCOMPETING WITH A TITLE1324Top 7 Queens cannot compete within the organization for one year. This includes allholiday pageants. Red Carpet Supreme Queens are eligible to compete at all pageants includingstate, holiday pageants, and the National Finals. National Division Queens may compete at all holiday pageants. Additionally,they may compete at the National Finals the following year if they have agedup to the next division as an Appointed Title Holder. National DivisionalQueens may not compete at State Prelims.All other red sash National Queens are eligible to compete at all pageantsincluding state, holiday pageants, and the National Finals.
