A Message from Our Founder As I reflect on the past 10 years since I founded Cause for Pawz Inc I am reminded of two powerful emotions that spearheaded the movement toward improving the welfare of animals Compassion and Empathy We need more compassion and empathy in the world and my way of achieving this result is creating an organization dedicated to promoting unconditional love for animals via an untraditional means in the animal welfare community Cauz For Pawz Thrift Boutique has a long term vision to promote the well being of cats and dogs by funding the Five Borough Feeding Program with the proceeds obtained from the sales in our thrift boutique The multifaceted operations of Cause for Pawz Inc allows for the primary benefit of prolonging animal life by providing food and supplies for no kill rescues fosters and owners in need with an additional collateral benefit of unifying the community in which we operate I thank all of our friends family and supporters for making so much possible By supporting Our Cauz you will help us meet our goal of feeding as many cats and dogs in need of food for hundreds of years to come With love and gratitude Cathryn

Paw Patron of the Month I ve been a customer at Cauz for Pawz for the last 5 years and it has been a place I can always go to for a laugh friendly faces dog treats for my Pitbull Daisy Dukes and of course fabulous clothes and jewelry Countless times I d walk into the shop looking for something to wear for a special event and have an entire outfit put together with the help of Cathryn who has an eye for fashion and encouraging words to make you feel like a rock star personalized experiences like this are rare in NYC But the Cauz is so much more than that it s a place where everyone feels welcome human and animal alike My 11 year old rescue Pitbull Daisy Dukes loves going to Cauz for Pawz and literally drags me towards the shop if we re anywhere in the vicinity knowing she ll be spoiled with affection and loads of doggie treats while getting to do her favorite thing greet customers Want to be featured in the next edition Email Cauzforpawz outlook com with a picture and a short blurb about your memories in Cauz for Pawz Daisy Dukes and I look forward to many more years supporting Cauz for Pawz Michelle and Daisy Dukes
