Amenities to Rejuvenate Yr Body & MindOaktree provides assistance with daily tasks, including bathing/showering, eating, dressing, bathroom visits, etc.Oaktree also assists with other medical needs and/or special circumstances. Group activities are regularly planned by an Activity Director. They include art classes, book clubs, movies, board games, poker, etc. Oaktree’s activities are designed to stimulate residents physically and mentally, while also helping them socialize. One-on-one activity visits are available by request.Oaktree will coordinate care with physicians and pharmacies. They will arrange and assist with transportation to appointments. They use computer-based medication management, using the latest technology (exceptions apply.) They oer services for end of life care, hospice care, palliative care and Alzheimer’s and dementia care.

Our Fast Track Discharge & Medical Transfer team is dispatched immediately to accomplish timely discharges.
