Vitamins:To little: Vitamin A defincey can lead to low light blindness. To much: Can cause liver abnormalites and birth defects. Just Right: Helps bone growth and Immune function.

Minerals:To Little: Calcium defincey can cause weak bone growth. To Much: To much iron can cause organ imbalances and in extreme cases death. Just Right: Just enough calcium can cause strong bones and healthy teeth.
