ter at our updated website:

this spring

Keep our curb appeal top shelf and don't dump trash in
the wooded areas!!
Please bag and secure your trash and recycle.
As you can see, we have also redesigned and ‘electronic-ified’ The Newtown Grant
The newsletter is important to the community so that that homeowners are kept in-
formed and involved with the recreational activities at the
clubhouse. Moving the newsletter from mailed to email only
has reduced the newsletter expense greatly. The Board of
Directors has worked diligently keeping the Master Associa-
tion Fee at the same rate, $63 per quarter, per home. The
transition to a completely emailed only newsletter has taken
over a year. The newsletter can now also be viewed like a
magazine from the website!!
Why change the format?
With this move, the Newtown Grant Homeowner Associ-
ation is able to expand the size and content of the newsletter without expanding the
price. This switch to emailed only newsletter may have inadvertently missed some
residents and we apologize. Please spread the word, tell your neighbor, forward to a
friend and get the word out. Newtown Grant is emailing a brand new newsletter and
has greatly expanded the information, content and format of the website.

Now announcing a brand new event for the Newtown Grant community!
Calling all music lovers and musicians! Coffee and Jamm at the Newtown Grant Clubhouse will begin on Monday,
January 9th from 7 pm-9 pm.
If you play an unplugged instrument, sing-a-long or just enjoy listening and getting to know your neighbors, then
come on out! This is primarily for residents, but if you want to bring along a friend or know someone who might
be interested to jam along, then that would be fine too! The collaborative jam will be enjoyable for musicians of
all levels or anyone who enjoys acoustic type of music. Play percussion?...There will be a Cajon (hand percussion
box) along with bongos.
What a fun way to meet your neighbors, with sing-a-longs, coffee, snacks, desserts, and of course the jamm.
The event will continue as the First Monday of each month. It's important for us to get an idea of who might be
coming on the 9th, so please RSVP! That way we can plan accordingly.
