1995 1975 Norwood Industrial Construction Company is incorporated in North Woodbury NJ inspiring the company s name Nor wood Work begins on Norwood s first project in Great Valley Corporate Center a 700 acre campus where Norwood will construct more than 1 million SF of office life science retail and academic projects over the next several decades Norwood surpasses 1 billion in total projects completed 1999 Norwood completes 45 Liberty Boulevard an award winning 145 000 SF office building located at the gateway to Great Valley Corporate Center in Malvern PA 1992 1982 Norwood expands into the Lehigh Valley beginning construction of a 45 000 SF flex office building in Allentown PA Norwood completes KidsPeace a 150 bed behavioral health hospital with gymnasium aquatics center auditorium and living quarters 1996 Norwood builds Kohl s new store in the Lehigh Valley the first of 100 projects completed for Kohl s including 40 new stores 1983 Norwood builds the first IKEA store in North America in Plymouth Meeting PA 1994 Norwood Industrial Construction Company becomes The Norwood Company Jack Farrell becomes majority owner President and CEO 1998 Inhalon a start up pharmaceutical company partners with Norwood to construct a 100 000 SF manufacturing and laboratory facility in Bethlehem PA 1996 Fellowship Village marks Norwood s first large senior living project The 50 million continuing care community in Basking Ridge NJ includes assisted living skilled nursing and independent living suites 1984 Norwood completes its first healthcare project a linear accelerator addition for Grandview Hospital in Sellersville PA 1988 Kodak Sterling Drug in Malvern PA becomes Norwood s first large Life Science project 1997 1990 An MRI addition for A I duPont Hospital for Children in Wilmington DE marks the first of 30 projects completed for the hospital 1989 AT T s 210 000 SF call center and 550 000 SF parking garage in Jacksonville FL is bullet tracked in eight months DSC Logistics 1 2 million SF food grade warehouse and distribution facility in Breiningsville PA The project is completed only 10 months after ground breaking

2003 Norwood completes a 35 million 140 000 SF heart center at Holy Spirit Hospital in Camp Hill PA 2007 GMAC Residential Mortgage HQ repositioning is completed in 18 months At 460 000 SF it is one of the largest headquarters projects in suburban Philadelphia history 2006 2001 Procter Gamble s 1 7 million SF design build distribution center becomes the largest single story structure in Pennsylvania 2005 Norwood surpasses 2 billion in total projects completed 2006 2002 Conceptualized as one of the first green buildings in eastern Pennsylvania Norwood completes a 105 000 SF LEED qualified building which becomes GSI Commerce s headquarters Acting as Design Builder Norwood completes Dun Bradstreet s 178 000 SF build to suit Operations Center in 32 weeks 2003 Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley a destination lifestyle center is completed featuring outdoor main street setting 2007 PepsiCo s 500 000 SF design build cold storage warehouse and distribution facility is completed in Mountain Top PA 2008 Multiple healthcare projects commence including Chambersburg Hospital Shore Memorial Hospital and Hunterdon Medical Center Oakwood Cancer Center is completed featuring advanced gamma knife technology 2004 2004 Toll Brothers 200 000 SF headquarters renovation is constructed on a 90 day phased delivery schedule with employees occupying each floor as it was completed Construction is completed for Chiral Technologies HQ Technical Center The pharmaceutical supplier s new space features state of the art chem labs and support space 2008 Cabela s 185 000 SF retail superstore in East Hartford CT is completed while construction on their 130 000 SF superstore in Scarborough ME begins

2012 2009 Rosemont School of the Holy Child s 15 million 3 phase comprehensive renovation is completed with no disruption to campus activities The Nuclear Regulatory Commission s NRC 84 000 SF renovation project is completed featuring a SCIF enclosure blast proofing and an Incident Resource Center with 24 hour back up generators and utilities 2009 1 million SF LEED Silver manufacturing and distribution center is constructed for Church Dwight 2013 Rivers Casino renovations in Pittsburgh PA mark Norwood s launch into Gaming Hospitality Since that time Norwood has completed projects for Harrah s Bally s and Borgata 2011 St Mary Medical Center ICU renovation project is completed without interruption of neighbouring equally critical departments 2010 Norwood begins work at Arborcrest Corporate Campus in Blue Bell PA Lakeside I home to Unisys World Headquarters is the first of 3 major office buildings that will be repositioned and fit out on the campus 2010 Norwood delivers Doylestown Hospital s 60 million Emergency Department patient care expansion and parking garage featuring an underground Art Walk connector 2013 Norwood surpasses 3 billion in total projects completed 2013 AWeber Communications LEED Gold 70 000 SF corporate headquarters interior build out is complete showcasing a one ofa kind facility that includes sliding boards and game rooms along with extensive sustainable design It was dubbed Coolest Office Ever by Philadelphia Magazine Amazing Spaces March 2014 2009 An award winning LEED Gold HQ and Technology Center is completed for Colorcon featuring R D laboratories and a Tier 2 5 data center

2014 Incorporating BIM technology Norwood constructs a 200 000 SF build to suit regional headquarters for a global financial services firm at 3 Quarry Ridge in Great Valley Corporate Center The 6 story building is designed to achieve LEED Gold and features high efficiency chilled water HVAC system and a 700 car parking garage 2013 LourdesCare at Cherry Hill is recognized as a Model Facility by Healthcare Design Magazine By incorporating best practices of retail psychology Norwood converts a 55 000 SF vacant grocery store into a state of the art patient centered ambulatory care center 2014 2014 Norwood completes a comprehensive redevelopment of CrossPoint at Valley Forge a LEED Gold 275 000 SF fully modernized corporate campus Norwood also delivers interior build out projects including an 85 000 SF headquarters for lead tenant Teleflex Within one year of completion the facility is 95 leased On a 40 acre brownfield site formerly home to Bethlehem Steel Norwood completes a 677 000 SF warehouse distribution center in the Lehigh Valley Industrial Park VII 2014 Mars Drinks 196 000 SF LEED Gold certified global headquarters and food grade production facility is constructed without disruption to ongoing operations 2014 Norwood completes a 200 000 SF renovation in King of Prussia PA on behalf of CSL Behring a global biotechnology leader focused on serious and rare diseases Using a fast track phased delivery the team minimized disruptions to ongoing operations at their North American Headquarters 2014 FARO Technologies a pioneer in 3D imaging measurement technology partners with Norwood to construct their new 90 000 SF regional R D manufacturing and distribution center in Exton PA 2014 Partnering with Geisinger Health System at Holy Spirit Hospital Norwood continues its long standing partnership with the hospital completing more than 50 projects since 1996 totaling more than 150 million 2015 Working as design builder Norwood constructs a 165 000 SF build tosuit manufacturing distribution and headquarters facility in Exton PA on behalf of Royal Paper Products

2015 Providing design assist and CM services Norwood completes Penn Medicine Southern Chester County an award winning 73 000 SF ambulatory care center in West Grove PA featuring specialty care services diagnostic imaging pharmacy and surgery center 2015 Norwood begins a comprehensive 1 million SF renovation project within 9 buildings on behalf of a global financial services client All work is being completed during off hours to minimize disruption to ongoing business activities 2015 Norwood completes Daylesford Crossing a 94 bed luxury assisted living and memory care community in Paoli PA on behalf of Sage Senior Living 2016 Norwood completed construction on CrozerKeystone s ambulatory care center in Broomall PA by transforming a former grocery store into a state of the art healthcare facility with a fully integrated cancer care center 2016 Construction is complete on Guardian Life Insurance Company s 280 000 SF design build regional office in Bethlehem PA including BIM integration 2017 Serving as Design Builder Norwood completes a 35 000 SF facility for Arbutus Biopharma s North American R D Headquarters including biology and chemistry labs 2017 Norwood completes construction on Rivers Casino Resort Schenectady a 100 million brownfield redevelopment project that transformed the former home of American Locomotive Company factories into an entertainment destination in Schenectady NY The project includes a new 155 000 SF gaming venue a 150 room luxury hotel and an 850 car parking garage The team streamlined activities through 4D BIM simulation and scheduling 2017 Collaborating with Geisinger Health System Norwood completes a new emergency department at Holy Spirit Hospital with a Level II Trauma Center

2018 Norwood completes PowerBack Rehabilitation a 79 000 SF post operative transitional care facility by trouble shooting many technical challenges through BIM 2018 2017 After providing in depth design assist services with BIM technology Norwood completed a comprehensive modernization project at Kennedy Health s Cherry Hill campus The project includes a new 102 000 SF medical office building with a 22 000 SF ambulatory surgery center a new atrium lobby and a 700 car parking garage with an enclosed pedestrian bridge 2017 Norwood is acquired by Joseph Mitchell Jr and a group of long term leaders in a management buyout Norwood served as Design Builder to transform 105 000 SF of flex space into NMS Lab s new Horsham PA headquarters and state ofthe art forensics and clinical laboratory 2019 Collaborating with Teleflex on our second project Norwood delivers an awardwinning 63 000 SF facility to serve as their R D Headquarters in Wyomissing PA 2019 Engaged as Design Builder Norwood employs BIM technology for the new Myonex Headquarters Designed to cGMP standards the facility includes significant temperature moisture humidity and inventory controls 2018 2019 Norwood completed a 38 000 SF grocery store for German based global retailer LiDL in Folsom Delaware County the first in PA Norwood finishes construction on Doylestown Health s Pavilion III Ambulatory Care Center core and shell while fit outs continue 2019 2019 Colorcon West Point is complete The 50 000 SF design build renovation and expansion included cGMP warehouse and QC lab It marks our second successful project with Colorcon Norwood fast tracked a comprehensive redesign of Harrah s Harbor Tower into the freshly renovated and rebranded Harrah s Coastal Tower Working with Caesar s Entertainment the team transformed 507 guest rooms and suites

2020 Biohaven Pharmaceuticals Regional Headquarters is completed at Makefield Crossing in Yardley PA where Norwood has also completed renovations to 2 adjacent campuses throughout 5 fully occupied buildings 2019 CTDI s 157 000 SF warehouse manufacturing expansion is completed while working around 400 daily employees Norwood designed and built the original facility in 2004 2020 Doylestown Health s Center for Heart Vascular Care is complete The 100 000 SF addition includes 30 new private rooms for cardiovascular and intensive care along with an endovascular hybrid operating room Additional renovations and fit outs continue 2019 Norwood begins construction on AmeriHealth Caritas Headquarters a 380 000 SF build tosuit at Ellis Preserve in Newtown Square PA It will be one of the largest office buildings constructed in the Philadelphia suburbs in decades Completion is anticipated for the spring of 2021 2020 Norwood turns over the 1st of 5 phases of RWJBarnabas Health Community Medical Center Emergency Department renovation The strategically phased project is scheduled for completion in late 2021 2020 Norwood surpasses 4 billion in total projects completed and ranks in ENR s Top 400 Contractors 2020 Working collaboratively with the Pennsylvania Biotechnology Center of Bucks County Norwood is in progress on our second project a 40 000 SF expansion in the middle of an active campus 2020 2020 Toll Brothers 175 000 SF Headquarters fit out is completed at the Fort Washington Technology Center marking our second successful project with the luxury home builder Norwood continues work with Penn National Gaming to complete construction on Hollywood Casino an 80 000 SF mini casino in Morgantown PA
