Follow us @landonpadgememorialfundOur Paent Family Assistance Program provides much needed nancial assis-tance to low-income family of kids at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Cardi-ology where Landon spent most of his nursing career.Gis to this program pay for things like a family’s ulies, a paent’s prescripons, transportaon vouchers to get to and from appointments, food and lodging. It helps meet urgent, short-term needs for low income families who would oth-erwise be forced to make choices that could impact their child’s ability to heal.Since we launched this program in July 2019, donors have provided $17,000 to support these families. And this year, we expect to provide addional funding to bring the total to over $20,000!Thank you to our LPMF family for mak-ing this program such a success for these kids and their families.Dear Friends,At this year’s 3rd Annual Run for a Dream 5K and 1M Fun Run, I had the opportunity to speak with many of you about what this organizaon and its im-pact on the community means to you. I heard stories from parents of our scholarship recipeints who thanked me for helping their kids realize their dream of going to college. There were stories from families of children being cared for at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta who understand how nancial pressures can put unnecessary strain on families during dicult mes. There were also stories from parcipants and spectators alike who just wanted to say thanks for making a dierence in the community.I so appreciated face-to-face me with these folks hearing their stories and learning rst-hand how our organizaon has impacted their lives. What I appreci-ate the most is that they, and you, have chosen to make Landon Padge Memo-rial Fund a part of your own story. By supporng our organizaon, you shine the light of compassion on your commu-nity. The 3rd Annual Run for a Dream 5K and 1M Fun Run was held on December 3, 2022 in Cochran, Georgia. Under beauful sunny skies, parcipants walked, jogged and ran with family and friends. This year’s event was packed with fun acvies for the whole family including bouncy houses provided by Big Mike’s Inatables, cornhole, face painng and a balloon coloring acvity. Santa stopped by to spread holiday cheer and took pictures with our parcipants. We were joined as well by the BCHS cheerleaders who encour-aged our parcipants and BCHS one-act play performers and the Royal Singers who performed the naonal anthem and other musical selecons. The Cochran and surrounding communies came together to help us raise over $6,000 to fund scholarships for graduang seniors at Bleckley County High School and provide much-needed support for low-income families of kids at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Cardiology.We want to thank our sponsors and parcipants who made this event such a success! And a very special thanks to Coach Shelly Cranford and his team of volunteers who were once again crical to our success! We can’t wait to see everyone at our 4th Annual Run for a Dream in 2023! 2

In just the rst four years of the program, twenty-four college-bound seniors have received awards totalling $43,000. This year, we expect to once again award numerous scholarships.
