PRE-BOARDING STEPSThe pre-employment process is time-sensitive and requires careful attention to detail. It's important thatall information is accurate and complete before your start date, so timely communication is essential tohelp ensure a smooth onboarding experience.1. Background CheckWithin the next 48 hours or less, you’ll receive anemail from a People+Culture Representative withinstructions for completing your paperwork,including your application, job description, andacknowledgments. If applicable, you'll need toprovide necessary documents such as licenses,BLS card, TB test, or Hep B records.2. New Hire PaperworkThe drug and alcohol test is mandatoryand time sensitive. Once you receive theinstructions, be sure to complete yourdrug and alcohol test as soon as possibleto keep the hiring process movingforward.3. Drug and Alcohol TestingIn addition to attending new hire orientation,within your first 60 days, you’ll also attendCulture Day, where you'll get all the tools andinformation you need to start strong withTang+Company!4. Day-1 Orientation & Culture Day
As you complete your new hire checklist, be sure to checkyour email regularly for important instructions and deadlines.Submit all required documents promptly, complete yourbackground check and drug test on time, and reach out toPeople+Culture if you have any questions.
