(it’s the local apples).Fresh from the trees for maximum taste, all apples are hand graded and pressed each Autumn on the farm in Duloe - ready for the year ahead. The team don’t believe in forced fermentation, using temperature-controlled technology. Instead by working harmoniously with the seasons using the cold, ambient temperatures of Cornwall’s winter months, they can achieve a healthy fermentation which imparts maximum flavour and adds character to the cider.Silver Medal winner in the Flavoured Cider category (3.0%-8.5% ABV), Cornish Orchards Blush Berry Cider is a wonderfully balanced, gently sparkling cider with the fruity aroma of fresh raspberries and crisp dessert apples. Perfect with a spring dessert or lightly chilled as a cele-bratory drink for any occassion.You won’t find any artificial colours, flavours or sweeteners in their drinks - but you can ‘Taste the Nature’ as they say in Duloe. Getting your oering right is important and we understand that wine choices can become confusing. So here’s a handy list of what we can do to help;As well as providing the wine list we have invested in trained sta that will help you and deliver the margins that you need.Your local Nectar representative will be WSET qualified, and we can arrange a visit for you to chat through your requirements.We have our own Wine Development Manager who really knows his Shiraz from his Sauvignon, so he can compile your entire list should you require.We can hold tasting sessions for you. Even if you want some great everyday wines for the bar we would be happy to give you our recommendations - I dare say we have tried one or two and can speak from the heart!Our support doesn’t stop there.
