Creating Estimates for Future Visits

In the patient dashboard on the estimate page, select the Create Charge Estimate icon at the top of the page. This option is best used when an estimate is being created before the patient's appointment. From the Patient Dashboard select Estimates on the left.All Estimates for this patient will be listed here and may be expanded to preview using the > on the left.Select Create Charge Estimate

Give your estimate a name, adjust validation date range if needed, and select Low or High for your Estimate Range (High is recommended)Add billable items to your estimateAdd BundleAdd ItemTo decline items, select the decline icon in the action column of the Add Decline Item on the lower right. Once everything is added select Save on the bottom right. You will ONLY want to hit Save, DO NOT select Save & Save. 

Accessing Already Created Estimates

If a patient has an existing estimate that needs to be accessed this can be done from their Patient Dashboard. 

From the Patient Dashboard select Estimates on the left.All Estimates for this patient will be listed here and may be expanded to preview using the > on the left.To open the estimateIf the Estimate is not signed you may select the edit iconIf the Estimate is signed you may select the view icon
