National Beta is the largest independent, non-profit, educational youth organization in America. We’re dedicated to recognizing high academic achievement, rewarding and nurturing worthy character, fostering leadership skills, and encouraging service to others.As a student-focused organization, we provide a variety of opportunities and experiences that positively impact our members, their schools, and communities across the nation and around the world. Since launching in 1934, we have served 7 million students in grades 4-12, along with countless teachers, parents, and administrators. Ours students hold leadership positions, academically outrank the average high school student, and significantly impact their communities. WHY PARTICIPATE?In 2024, we welcomed 6,180 students in grades 9-12 as well as 2,562 teachers, administrators, and parents over 4 days.
