There are monsters, there are witchesFor this is the mystic halloween

HARK! HARK! HARK! The ghosts are comingHear their tap, tap on the door

We shall see them all tonightWe shall see each dancing sprite

Fairies, ghosts and monsters allAnd dear ROSIE, many more

Round about the cauldron goWitches and inside they throwMagic potions and what notBoiling all in their charmed pot

Double, double toil and trouble Fire burn and cauldron bubble!

See the red and golden lightSee the jack-o-lantern bright

Listen rOSIE, listen wellAnd the secret we will tell

If you do then you will hearPiping notes so loud and clearBut you must make sure you hideFor no fairy band will playIf a child is in their way

Here’s a secret, ROSIE dearNot a ghost nor which will stayFrom a child… they’ll RUN AWAY!
