It also will assist in directing towards the changes you want to see in your career. A Purpose-Driven Career A purpose-driven career involves doing something you love, which has meaning and, most importantly, makes you want to wake up in the morning and genuinely look forward to the day ahead, knowing you will be making a difference. The Purpose-Driven Intrapreneur For the purposes of this notebook, a Purpose-Driven Intrapreneur is defined as an employer who introduces new ideas for the benefit of the company, inspires their team members, leads, and motivates others to be the best version of themselves. Job vs Career There is a big difference between having a job and having a career. If all you want from life is to pay the bills, and afford nice things, any job will do. But if you want upward mobility, to be the master of your craft, to climb the career ladder, gain recognition for your contributions in your sector/industry and be rewarded and acknowledged for the work you do, then a career is what you should pursue.
© For Business Sake 5 My Career Notebook Designed to allow you the time and space to reflect (away from computer screens) and provide a personal, thought-based approach to growth and development.
