Parts might not be added to invoices at all, forcing the shop to take the financial hit over and over again.It was not just the shop he worked in, either. Jacob quickly learned the diesel repair industry was quite aways behind its automotive cousins in terms of workflow. They often worked long hours to make sure they got their work done—which meant they got home late, or worked weekends, or both.Jacob’s prior role had been in the healthcare industry, which had recently made its own shift into the digital realm.
